Joe founded Mission Pure to bring factory-level Gemline expertise directly to DFW homeowners. As the owner and lead installer, he personally oversees every assessment and installation — and is available by phone or text 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
We answer calls 7 days a week, 8am–8pm, and offer evening consults by request. Most installs schedule within 3–5 business days. Emergency reverse osmosis installs for nursery or medical needs are often available next-day.
